Welcome, we are Crescent City Mentoring Collaborative
Our Mission: The Crescent City Mentoring Collaborative (CCMC) envisions a collective of mentorship organizations in New Orleans that is a guiding light for individuals and organizations working to improve the lives of youth with a focus on Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC). We imagine a city grounded in healing for the young people we serve and those called to serve. We are leaders and experts for youth development endeavors that exist as pillars in the community to provide connectedness, guidance, motivation, emotional support, and positive role models to youth in New Orleans.
Our Vision: The CCMC’s mission is to build a strong collective of youth mentorship organizations and mentors that aims to enrich the lives of young people in New Orleans (ages 8 to 24) with technical assistance, human capital, educational, and financial resources grounded in research and evidence-based practices.
